Malta A319 near Cagliari on Mar 16th 2015, cracked window with no cracks
An Air Malta Airbus A319-100, registration 9H-AEG performing flight KM-146 from Malta (Malta) to Manchester,EN (UK), was enroute at FL360 about 60nm northeast of Cagliari (Italy) when the crew decided to return to Malta reporting a cracked window. The aircraft landed safely back in Malta about one hour later.

The airline reported no cracks were found at the window. However, condensation water above usual levels was found between the panels of the window which caused the impression of a cracked window.

The occurrence Airbus A319-100 registration 9H-AEG reached Manchester with a delay of 4:15 hours.

SUNDAY MARCH 15th
A GoJet Airlines Canadair CRJ-700 on behalf of United, registration N157GJ performing flight G7-3645/UA-3645 from Grand Rapids,MI to Chicago O'Hare,IL (USA) with 37 passengers and 4 crew, was on final approach to O'Hare's runway 27L when the crew received indication that the nose gear had not extended and locked in its down position and went around. The aircraft entered a hold at 4000 feet to work the related checklists that did not solve the problem. The aircraft performed a low approach to runway 27L about 15 minutes after aborting the first approach, Tower reported that both main gear were down, the nose gear was definitely not down, the nose gear doors were open but no gear. The aircraft entered another hold at 4000 feet, then positioned for an approach to runway 28C, but changed to runway 32R and touched down on runway 32R on both main gear, kept the nose up as long as practical and came to a stop on the runway on both main gear and the nose of the aircraft. There were no injuries, the passengers disembarked onto the runway and were bussed to the terminal.

 A Delta flight from Atlanta with 127 passengers aboard veered off the runway Thursday while landing at New York's LaGuardia Airport, plowed through a fence and came to rest on a snowy embankment only a few feet from the frigid waters of Flushing Bay.
Terrified passengers escaped serious injury but describe a harrowing scene as the jet careened toward the nearby bay, causing some to dive for cover and even jump from the emergency hatch on to the wing.
Sam Stern, one of the passengers, told CNN that he was sitting next to the emergency exit, opened the door and jumped onto the wing. "There were people on the ground to greet us," he said. The passengers then came out single file and slid off the wing to the ground.
Stern said the plane skidded off the runway for what seemed like nearly a minute "it was eerily silent....no noise, total silence . . . I'm still in shock. It's starting to hit me. It was a frightening experience."
"If we wouldn't have hit the snowbank, we'd be in the water right now," said Charles Runels, a passenger from Atlanta, the Associated Press reported.
Two people suffered minor injuries and were taken to a hospital for treatment, said Patrick Foye, of the Port Authority, which operates the airport.
The incident came 23 years to the month after the last deadly crash at LaGuardia, when a USAir jet taking off in a blizzard crashed in the bay, killing 27.
In the latest incident, the chutes aboard the MD88 aircraft did not deploy, authorities said.

Jaime Primak, star of Bravo's Jersey Belle, was aboard the flight. She quickly tweeted: "We just crash landed at LGA. I'm terrified. Please..."
"We have all been evacuated," she added a few minutes later. "Everyone is safe. Thank you for your prayers. God is good."
The plane did not reach the water, but did suffer a minor fuel spill, which was quickly contained.
Foye said the runway had been plowed only minutes before and that two pilots arriving just ahead of the Delta flight "reported good braking action."

A Turkish Airlines flight skidded after overshooting a runway amid dense fog in Nepal, forcing staff to evacuate the plane, which was carrying 224 passengers.
Officials at Kathmandu's Tribhuwan International Airport said Flight TK 726 was coming from Istanbul when the accident happened.
The Airbus 330 circled for half-an-hour over Nepal before making a second attempt at landing after the seven-hour flight. 
A Turkish Airline spokesperson said passengers sustained some minor injuries, but no-one was seriously hurt. The only international airport in Nepal remained closed on Wednesday morning after the accident.
The front landing gear reportedly collapsed, causing it to nosedive on the slippery runway, The Telegraph reports.
"All of our passengers and crew have been safely evacuated and taken to the terminal," Turkish Airlines spokesman Ali Genc said in a statement. "Necessary precautions have been taken for towing the aircraft out of its current place and the relevant work on that issue have started."

Flights from Newark Airport were either cancelled or delayed by 1-4 hours because of limited de-icing capacity.
